Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the free use of Tabble, a service for collaboratively editable tables. The contractual partner is Andreas Pirali und Niklas Klein IT Services GbR, as named in the legal notice.
2. Use without an account
Tabble does not require a user account. A table is accessible through its complete link. Anyone who knows that link can read and edit the table. Users are responsible for sharing the link only with people to whom they want to grant access.
3. Content and acceptable use
Users are responsible for the content they enter. In particular, unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, malware, and uses that impair the service or other users are not permitted. We may restrict content or access where necessary to prevent legal violations, misuse, or security risks.
4. Availability and data retention
Tabble is provided free of charge and financed by advertising. We aim to operate it reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Tables may be deleted no earlier than 30 days after their last access. Please back up important content in good time, for example by using the CSV export function.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage arising from injury to life, body, or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. In all other cases, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
6. Privacy and advertising
Information about the processing of personal data and advertising is available in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms where this is required for legal, technical, or operational reasons. The current version is published on this page. Mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected for uses that have already begun.
