When is a table saved?
Changes are saved when you leave a cell. While a table is open, it is also saved regularly.
How many columns and rows are available?
Currently, up to 10 columns and 30 rows are available.
Can I create my own template?
Yes. Use “Options” and then “Create Copy” to create a new table from an existing one.
How can I edit a large table on my phone?
Wide tables can be moved horizontally inside the table area. When a table is wider than the screen, the “Large table view” button also appears. This view lets you zoom and pan the entire page. Select “Mobile view” to return to the responsive layout. Your choice is stored in that browser.
Collaboration
Do I have to share the link again after changing a table?
No. Everyone with the existing link sees the current version of the table.
What happens when several people edit at the same time?
Several people can open and edit a table at once. If the same cell is edited at the same time, the change saved last will generally remain.
How can I share a table link?
Copy the address from your browser or use the email function below the table.
Security
Who can see my table?
Anyone who knows the complete table link can view and edit the table. Please keep the link confidential.
How long is a table kept?
Tables may be deleted no earlier than 30 days after their last access. Export important data as CSV beforehand.
